
杨明依,中共党员,工学博士,讲师,主要从事农产品产后品质变化的物质代谢、调控机制和保鲜技术研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省重点研发项目等多个项目,相关研究成果发表论文20余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Plant Physiology、Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology & Technology、Trends in Food Science & Technology等期刊发表SCI论文10篇,授权国家发明专利4项。担任Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food chemistry、Food Packaging and Shelf Life、Sustainable Chemistry and Pharmacy等期刊审稿人,中国农业工程学会会员。
