金鹏,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。江西高安人,毕业于江南大学发酵工程专业,获工学博士。长期致力于合成生物学、微生物代谢工程、分子酶学、蛋白表达、天然活性产物合成与绿色制造、食品营养与功能性食品开发等研究领域,近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在Metabolic Engineering, Journal of Hazardous Materials, ACS Synthetic Biology, Carbohydrate Polymers, Bioresource Technology, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等国际期刊发表研究论文20余篇;入选浙江农林大学优秀青年培养计划。
