张有做,博士,教授,硕士生导师。浙江省食品学会理事,《食品科学技术学报》编委。2008年3月毕业于日本东京农工大学获博士学位,2008年3月-2010年6月任日本HAM公司中央研究所特别研究员。2010年7月受聘浙江农林大学教授。主要从事栀子等特色药食两用资源的功能评价、资源高效利用及产业化应用研究。

(2)栀子花、胶原蛋白活性肽等在保健食品、医药及化妆品领域的功能及应用
