
任艳明,中共党员,工学博士,曾赴新西兰梅西大学联合培养,讲师。主要从事食品组分相互作用、功能食品靶向递送与活性评价研究,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省重点研发项目等多项,相关研究成果发表论文20余篇。近年来以第一作者在Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers等国际期刊上发表SCI论文9篇,其中,高被引论文1篇,参编英文专著1部,参与申请国家发明专利3项,授权国家发明专利1项。
