章铖,中共党员,工学博士,讲师。2023年7月加入粮油储藏与加工团队,主要从事粮油储藏与加工、预制菜肴开发、食品加工高新技术、食品智能包装等方面的研究。参与发表SCI论文18篇,以第一作者在Food Chemistry、Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies等食品领域期刊发表SCI论文8篇,其中高被引论文2篇,授权国家专利3件。
