陶立,中共党员,工学博士,特设副教授。主要从事生物活性多糖/低聚糖的化学结构、理化性质和生物活性机制探究,及粮食精深加工和功能性食品开发等方面研究。近年来,主持人才启动项目1项,参与省科技发展计划项目3项,在Trends in Food Science & Technology等期刊发表论文30余篇,其中以一作/通讯作者发表论文10余篇。目前,担任Journal of Future Foods、Food & Medicine Homology等期刊青年编委;受邀担任Trends in Food Science & Technology、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Food Chemistry: X、Food Science and Human Wellness、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Industrial Crops & Products、Meat Science、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Bioscience、Journal of Food Engineering、Future Foods、Journal of Ginseng Research、Foods、Food and Bioproducts Processing等国际SCI期刊审稿人。

研究方向

(1)天然活性多糖构效关系研究;

(2)粮食精深加工技术创新;

(3)益生菌发酵与功能性食品创制。
