金鹏

金鹏博士,教授,博士生导师。江西高安人,毕业于江南大学发酵工程专业,师从中国工程院陈坚院士,获工学博士。长期致力于合成生物学与微生物代谢工程,食品生物发酵与绿色制造,食品营养与功能性食品开发等方向。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、十四五国家重点研发任务、浙江省重点研发计划、地方产业合作等项目10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在国际知名期刊发表高水平SCI研究论文40余篇,授权国际发明专利2项,国家发明专利8项;荣获浙江省技术发明二等奖1项;十四五国家重点研发计划专项指南编制专家。
